Jim Carrey, Robin Williams, Christopher Hitchens, ZacK De La Rocha, Mick Jagger, John Keats, Leonard Cohen.
Comedians, actors, debaters, poets and singers; they're all examples of role models that truly inspire me to be more expressive and spontaneous. But this is always been a bit difficult for me.
I've always been extremely careful about my word choice, written and especially spoken. I'm called extremely well spoken, charming and articulate by my friends, family and people who don't know me personally, but that's not how I usually feel on the inside. I'm more or less an ambivert, or shy extrovert. I've worked very hard to overcome severe social anxiety over the last 10 years, but I still feel like there is more for me to become.
When I watch the people listed above perform I honestly feel like the bluebird deep down inside of me is shaking in it's cage, dying to come out, but my brain and body seem disconnected. I keep going back to Charles Bukowski's poem Bluebird because it's such an accurate representation of inner my life, as it is for many others, I'm sure.
How do you nurture your creative, spontaneous energy so you can express it honestly in everyday in conversation or creative works?
I'm posting this here because the people at I Want to Learn automatically delete a post if you don't have 500 or more karma, even if I've been on reddit for almost 2 years. But you people are smarter than them, you're more in tune with what I'm ranting about. I'm very grateful for any advice, or personal experience you can share. Cheers

I got into crypto in January and didn’t know where to start or where to tap into the knowledge of those that are experienced in crypto. I created a Reddit account over a year ago but just started using it. I don’t use Twitter or Facebook and none of my family or friends are into crypto. I’ve learned a lot in 4 months, mostly through my own user errors and a general lack of knowledge about exchanges and crypto. I know now that there are major differences in exchanges, something I was oblivious to in the beginning. The past is the past but I wish I would’ve been active on Reddit before I dove in head first. I’ve learned a lot here, it’s a great resource.
Let’s put some info out there for people new to this space or people that are just trying to learn more. With so much negativity around exchanges right now it would be refreshing to post some good points for a change.
I’m asking you to rank the exchanges that you think are best. Do a list for everyone and a separate one for US users, I think that would make more sense. Maybe list your top five and a brief explanation. I’ll start.
- Coinbase Pro - the safety of coinbase with lower fees than regular coinbase and the ability to set stop and limit orders.
- Voyager- sleek and easy to use and the ability to earn interest on many coins/tokens.
- Binance.US - low fees, ability to set stop and limit orders, staking available for some assets, a wide variety of coins/tokens.
- Crypto.com - Promotion for new users, interest and staking, cash back debit card program.
- Coinbase- ease of use, ability to swap token to token, safety.

QUICK FIX DOES NOT WORK! Just thought I'd spare you all the heartache I have gone through, I just got the call from HR today telling me that my urine was "incompatible with human urine" and they rescinded my job offer due to unsatisfactory preemployment screening. I had QuickFix work for me when I used it last September for a lab test but this time, no go. And yes, the temp was right, the collection was fine, the LAB determined that it was FAKE. So don't waste your time with this bogus product and just get clean the hard way, I guess. I mean I live in a state where weed is recreationally legal FFS.

I renewed my driver's license online on March 9th and my new license still hasn't come in the mail yet. The temporary paper license they gave me is now expired and I called all the customer service numbers on the paper license and all I got was loud beep sounds. Anybody have the same problem and/or a solution?

I’ve just recently realized that I’m pretty sure I have bpd. It explains all my problems and why I am the way I am in relationships.
I haven’t seen a doctor, or even tried to find one because i want help but at the same time I don’t. I hear all the horror stories of doctors not taking you seriously, or pushing you off.
My question is, how do I explain things to my husband and make him take it seriously even though I’ve not had a diagnosis. He literally thinks I’m crazy. Before we moved in together I never acted like this, but something triggered me months ago and it just been up and down ever since.
He cried lastnight because he said he can’t feel love or connection with me, and it’s because my brain won’t let him. We are so very distant right now and it’s hurting us both but I don’t know how to fix it.
It’s hard because he doesn’t understand bpd, we’ve researched it together but it seems like when I get mad or shut down he completely forgets and starts saying and doing things that push me down even further. I try to explain it to him that he’s only making worse by saying and doing these things but he tells me to just stop.
I tried talking to him about the walls that keep going up and down in my mind but he told me to just stop talking.
I seriously need help right now, Even with figuring out where to go from here. :(
