Hello! I recently started looking into Alienware laptops and both the r4 and r5 models look nice. However, each of them have their own issues. The r4 is lighter, has more port variety, and has a higher tdp 3070 at a total of 140W. However, it does not have a 1440p option and it's Intel. On the other hand, the r5 has a 1440p option and is AMD. However, it lacks some ports, has no usb-c charging, and is heavier. It also has a lower tdp 3070 at 125W with boost clock. Which one is better? I'm leaning more towards the r5. Btw, I know Alienware has an event on the 11th. But, just in case they don't show new laptops, I want to plan ahead. Thanks in advance!

More specifically about Soohyeon 1-orb skill. If I use the orbs which Soohyeon 1-orb skill granted Enhance to, will the skill already carry the Enhance effect or it only counts for the next turn onwards? I noticed that the Enhance icon appears before the character executes the skill animation but I can't confirm the increase in power.

2021.05.10 06:45 tray2100 As a remote landlord, how can I enforce an LTB order?
Summary: My former tenant was ridiculous and rarely paid rent on time. I got two orders from the LTB to collect arrears plus eviction. The tenant is now gone. How can I get the arrears owed since I'm out of province?
I moved to the US in 2017 and turned my primary residence into a rental. I rented the property to a young mom with 3 children who had decent income and good references. This turned out to the be the biggest mistake of my life! I had home warranty/protection plans through Enercare for most major things so I decided to self manage the place remotely. After a couple of months, the rent was late every month. After several N4s and N8 we go to the LTB and they wouldn't let me evict the tenant and instead went the mediation agreement route. The tenant paid all the arrears per the agreement and now it's January 2020. As of February the tenant started paying late again. She didn't even pay all of February. I filed with the LTB that she broke the agreement but by the time my file was getting processed, the lockdowns and eviction moratoriums began. I didn't see another rent payment until August.
Once the moratorium lifted, the LTB began processing my case and I got the eviction order. Yay! At this point, I was reluctant to self manage this property moving forward so I got a property manager. They were able to get the sheriff to enforce my eviction order and got rid of the tenant. I had to go back to the LTB to get another order for the rent not received between March and September. The first order only covered the missing February rent and the rent due the month of the eviction. The moratorium isn't automatically factored in and I wasn't allowed to amend the original filing to include the months of missing rent. Always, I filed separately for the missing rent and I got an order for that now as well.
So, I got two orders now for money owed to me from this previous tenant. My property manager said that he hasn't had much luck getting payment from former tenants in these circumstances. He said he usually tries going through a collection agency but that doesn't yield much success.
I'm looking for suggestions on how I can recoup some of this lost income. Had it not been for the pandemic mortgage rules that allowed for skipped payments, I would have been financially hurt carrying the property for 6 months with no income. Should I encourage my property manager to take the orders to small claims court on my behalf to try and do garnishment? Has anyone been successful at that? Are there companies out there that specialize in this type of thing?
Any and all suggestions would be welcomed!!
